Dr Rachel Carling-Jenkins is a member for the Western Metropolitan Region in the Upper House of the Victorian Parliament.
Not one to shy away from great challenges, Rachel has used her position in the Victorian Parliament to be a champion for some of society’s most vulnerable people. From introducing a bill to wind back Victoria’s abortion laws to leading the campaign against euthanasia, Rachel has long been a fierce defender of life.
Rachel has given those that hold conservative values a voice in the place where it matters the most - and she is not afraid to use it. She is a firm believer that every life has value that is worth fighting for.
